Location: Carson, CA
- Salary: $52,000–$55,000/year
As an Account Specialist, you’ll be the ultimate ambassador for our customers—ensuring every interaction is seamless, positive, and impactful. You’ll play a key role in managing the customer journey while balancing organizational needs.
What You’ll Do
- Process quotes, design projects, sample requests, and purchase orders with precision.
- Keep customer profiles updated and review quality clauses.
- Enter new accounts and manage pricing/availability in our ERP system.
- Run reports to ensure commitments are met on time.
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to resolve product or service issues.
- Proactively engage customers through calls and promote our e-commerce platform.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- 1+ year of experience in account management or customer service with accurate data entry.
- College degree preferred.
