Pay: $52,000 – $55,000 annually

GracoRoberts is hiring an Account Specialist to support customers throughout the order-to-delivery process. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working cross-functionally to ensure accuracy, quality, and on-time service.

What You’ll Do:

• Enter customer orders, quotes, design projects, and sample requests into the ERP system with a high level of accuracy
• Communicate pricing, order confirmations, status updates, and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Partner with Purchasing, Quality, Technical Account Managers, and Accounting to support customer requirements and resolve issues
• Monitor customer portals, maintain customer profiles, and ensure quality clauses and documentation are captured correctly
• Run reports, perform order quality checks, assist with nonconformance documentation, and support timely fulfillment
