• Salary: $58,000–$65,000/year

As a Buyer, you’ll be a key ambassador for both our internal and external partners—ensuring every interaction is seamless, positive, and impactful. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the procurement process while balancing operational priorities and organizational needs.

What You’ll Do

• Obtain vendor quotes for RFQs and bid proposals; identify and evaluate new suppliers
• Place purchase orders using reporting tools and support inventory goals
• Monitor min/max inventory levels and track open POs to ensure accurate, timely delivery
• Communicate supply chain issues and on‑time delivery concerns to stakeholders and vendors
• Resolve supplier non‑conformances and manage low shelf‑life materials to reduce waste
• Support data entry, supplier visits, cost‑saving initiatives, and develop category expertise

What We’re Looking For

• ​Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, OR 3+ years of Aerospace/Defense purchasing experience
• Experience with Aerospace Chemicals, Hardware & MRO preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross‑functionally operational priorities and organizational needs
