Your Duties:
- Develops strategic quality roadmap and translates into tactical execution.
- Oversees all Internal & External certification audits (ISO9001:2015, AS9100D & AS9120B).
- Supports an integrated, multi-site, and centralized authority Quality Management System (QMS).
- Supports and/or accountable to the following KPI's and the respective derivatives: On Time Delivery (OTD) and Corporate Quality.
- Works directly with VP of Operations to drive corporate quality, standardization, and safety.
- Provides direct supervision for quality department teams across multiple time zones.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience of supervisory responsibilities in Aerospace Quality.
- 4+ years' experience facilitating Internal and External Certification audits.
- 6+ years' aerospace quality experience or Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field.
- Must have AS9100D experience.
- Preferred AS9120B experience.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
