Corporate Quality Manager - Arlington, TX

Your Duties:
- Develops strategic quality roadmap and translates into tactical execution.
- Leads day-to-day QA and QC activities, supported by a team of Quality Engineers, Process Engineers, and Document Control Technicians.
- Functions as the Management Representative to certification bodies and is responsible for maintaining certification.
- Governs, maintains, develops, and administrates the corporate QMS - including all SOP's, Work Instructions, and other controlled forms.
- Engages in the activities of the change and risk management. Supports risk assessment of products and designs using tools such as Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
- Leads and supports activities the activities to define, document, implement, manage and maintain process performance indicators at all relevant levels.
Requirements:
- Experience facilitating 3rd party registrar/certification audits within the ISO9001/AS9100 standards.
- Experience as Quality Systems Management Representative within the most current AS9100/AS9120 and ISO9001 standards.
- Trained to develop Internal Auditors or establish an Internal Auditing program.
- Exhibits strong leadership skills and utilizes principles such as Situational Leadership or Servant Leadership.
- (Preferred) Lean or Six Sigma certified (Green or Black Belt.)
- (Preferred) Supplier Quality Representative (SQR) experience.
.Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
