As an ambassador for our customers, our internal teams, and their experience with Pacific Coast Composites, the Customer Account Representative is responsible for wowing the customer at every touchpoint throughout the customer buying journey, while balancing the needs of the organization.

We give the customer what they want, when they want it, in the quantity they want without compromising quality, ethics or relationships.

Pay: $23hr

Your Duties:

• Input and qualify new accounts.
• Responds to customer requests for quotes and makes recommendations.
• Contacts vendors for product sourcing, pricing, and availability.
• Assist all departments in meeting their goals. if needed.

Requirements:

• One year of experience in customer account support.
• Experience with sourcing preferred.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
