Pacific Coast Composites is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams in a fast‑paced aerospace environment. This role plays a critical part in order accuracy, customer satisfaction, and on‑time delivery.

Pay: $23/hr

Location: Fife, WA

Your Duties:

• To provide excellent customer service to our customers via phone, email and written communication.
• Process purchase orders and credit card payments.
• Support growth initiatives through dedicate teamwork with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Assist all departments in meeting their goals.

Requirements:

• One year of experience in customer service-related position.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of Office Suites, including Excel.
