Sales Leadership Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the sales team by setting clear goals, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-energy environment.
- Drive revenue growth across all product lines and customer accounts through strategic planning and execution.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including task assignment, pipeline management, and performance tracking to ensure consistent delivery.
- Coach, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the team is well-staffed, engaged, and aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities by analyzing customer portfolios and researching emerging trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to eliminate roadblocks and exceed customer expectations.
- Coach team members for career growth, providing regular feedback, mentorship, and development plans to build future leaders.
What You Bring to the Table
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of Sales and Business Development leadership experience, with exposure to diverse industries and customer segments—bonus points for aerospace, electronics, or other technical sales
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and consistently hitting revenue targets, ideally within the aerospace or chemical sectors
• Strong people development skills, with a history of mentoring and growing talent
• Willingness to travel—both domestically and internationally—as needed to support business growth
