Location: Wichita, KS

Pay:  $60,000-$64,000yr

Your Duties:

• Directly oversee team members, set clear expectations, and ensure tasks are completed effectively.
• Provide feedback, support team alignment, and reinforce accountability through consistent guidance and follow-up.
• Manage people and day-to-day work, ensuring people are trained.
• Prepare and package finished goods as per work order/instructions, including accurate measurement of component weights.
• Pour, blend, mix, test and package custom paint.
• Review work order and associated SDS to ensure adherence to specified ratios, parameters, and material handling.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  
• Minimum of 1 year experience mixing, blending, and testing custom paint or ink in an aerospace, automotive or industrial setting. REQUIRED
• 2 or more years' experience in a manufacturing supervisory role. REQUIRED
• Must be able to identify small difference in color and how to spot inconsistencies.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
  
• Must read, write, and speak fluent English as to understand chemical safety sheets.
