Mike’s expertise spans the full composite manufacturing lifecycle—from honeycomb core and aircraft interior structures to structural adhesive bonding for primary and secondary assemblies. He has spent over a decade working with leading aerospace adhesive technologies, including film and paste adhesives, prepregs, and specialty composite materials, with deep experience in metal-to-metal and metal-to-composite bonding.

He works directly with engineers to evaluate critical requirements such as adhesive strength, flow behavior, processibility, dispensing options, and qualification constraints. Mike focuses on identifying the true challenge, whether it’s performance, process efficiency, availability, or specification compliance, and guiding teams toward the most effective solution or qualified alternative.
