Location:  Arlington, TX

Salary:  $58,000-$62,000 per year

Position Summary

As our Sourcing Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring we deliver the best possible value and service to our customers. Your mission:

• ​Identify savings opportunities
• Respond to quote requests
• Maintain precise system and costing data
• Source the best approved suppliers to meet customer requirements

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with new and existing suppliers to gather pricing, availability, and product/service details
• ​Maintain supplier costing files and ensure accurate system data
• Partner with Supply Chain and Sales to uncover savings opportunities
• Identify and develop new material sources
• Assist in resolving non‑conforming product issues with vendors
• Create and maintain item data within the ERP
• Support continuous improvement within sourcing processes

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred OR at least 2 years of experience in Sourcing, Planning, or Purchasing
• Strong preference for experience with Aerospace Chemicals, Hardware, or MRO purchasing
• Experience working in a robust ERP environment
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a drive for accuracy and efficiency
