Pay: $80,000-$90,000 plus 10% yearly bonus target.

The Job:

The Warehouse Operations Manager plans and coordinates activities within the warehouse environment including, but not limited to purchase order and sales order transactions, equipment and preventive maintenance, process and facility optimization, personnel and process training, staffing, waste management, CapEx & operational expense, safety & security, and efficiency. The Warehouse Operations Manager also serves as the primary point of contact to internal customers for warehouse-related inquiries and activities for a given facility.

Your Duties:

  • Direct managerial responsibility for warehouse personnel, including the enforcement of company personnel policies, hiring and termination, schedule maintenance, performance reviews, and time clock review and approval.
  • Responsible for all activities directly related to receiving, inventory management and accuracy, order pulling, packaging, and shipping.
  • Responsible for prompt response when notified of a department nonconformance, including thorough root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Responsible for maintaining adherence to Quality Management System requirements for the department, including the development, coordination, review, and approval of Work Instructions and Quality Records.
  • Responsible for all activities directly related to receiving, inventory management and accuracy, order pulling, packaging, and shipping.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required or at least 4 years in a related industry.
  • 5-6 years lead or supervisory experience required, aerospace experience a plus!
  • Working knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100/AS9120 quality standards.
  • Working knowledge of FedEx, UPS, common carrier and international shipping systems and requirements, including IATA, air shipments and hazardous materials.
  • D.O.T. 49 CFR/IATA – Hazmat Training.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:

To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
