• Expedite Team: We’ve added specialized purchasing resources dedicated to sourcing, buying, and expediting your products. Our team meets with suppliers multiple times daily, staying responsive to market changes.
• Significant Inventory Investment: We have increased our investment in strategic inventory with key suppliers, strengthening our ability to meet demand and ensuring you get what you need, when you need it.
• Enhanced Customer Service and Relationships: Earlier this year, we restructured our organization to provide a more personalized approach. Each customer now has their own dedicated technical sales and service team, ready to assist with quotes, orders, technical consultation and customer care.
• Supply Chain Knowledge Center: To keep you informed on the latest supply chain developments, we update our knowledge portal below with real-time updates from our suppliers, making it easier to stay current.
